• Download the application in Microsoft Word format and fill it out completely.
• Do not write any personally identifiable information on your application. Only fill out what is asked for.
• It doesn’t matter what name you save the file as. It is changed on upload automatically.
• When your application is complete, go to: www.texastechmortarboard.org//application.php to submit your application.
• When you upload your application, a unique number will be assigned to your application and your contact information.
• The unique number will tell who us who we have chosen after we have chosen the newest members.
